If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the quality of our products, email with a purchase number and two sentences providing the reason for the return or refund. We will review the information and email you a return shipping label to ship the products back to us.

Once your return or refund is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 2-3 business days.

Exclusions For Refunds and Returns:

1 Gram CBD or CBG Flower Purchases

Purchases of 1 gram of CBD or CBG flower are not eligible for returns unless packaging has not been opened and flower has not been used.

Items that have been excessively used:

CBD and CBG Flower

If 1 gram or more of CBD or CBG flower has been used from an individual order over an 1/8 or larger, your item cannot be refunded or returned. 

CBD and CBG Kief 

If .3 grams or more of CBD or CBG kief is missing from an individual 1 gram order, your order cannot be refunded or returned.

Broken or Incorrect items

If your item arrives broken or incorrect, email with a picture of the broken or incorrect item next to the shipping box and the shipping label. There is a 10-day period to report broken or incorrect items. Once reviewed, we will send a replacement as soon as possible.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order upon arrival, email with your purchase order number and a description of what is missing. There is a 10-day period to report missing items. Once the missing item is confirmed, we will issue a replacement as soon as possible. If your claim is that your entire package never arrived or that your item was stolen from your doorstep and USPS tracking shows that the item was delivered correctly, you will need to contact USPS and file a claim or contact local police for stolen mail.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
